Processing Time
All of our products are handmade to order. Please allow 1–3 weeks for production before shipping. Custom orders may take longer depending on design complexity. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS. A flat-rate pickup option may be available for local customers.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Local Pickup
If you select local pickup at checkout, we will contact you when your order is ready and arrange a time and location for pickup. Pickup orders must be collected within 7 days of notification.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. (Or modify if you do offer international shipping.)
