Welcome to Billie! By placing an order through our website or social media channels, you agree to the following terms:

1. Handmade Products
All of our items are handmade and may vary slightly from photos. Custom orders are made based on the specifications you provide. Once submitted, orders cannot be changed.

2. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and other listed payment methods. Orders will not be started until payment is received.

3. Shipping & Delivery
We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier. Once your item is marked as shipped, it is out of our hands. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

4. Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please read our full Refund Policy before purchasing.

5. Custom Orders
Custom orders are created based on customer input. We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information provided. If you have specific requests (such as rein length or spur band color), be sure to include them at checkout.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, product designs, and photos on this site and our social media belong to Billie. Please do not use or reproduce them without permission.
